To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must still be shrink-wrapped and unopened and shipped back to us at the address below to be eligible for a return.  

To begin a return, please contact us at info@luckypuzzles.com or by using the form below.  Your return will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 days.  Opened puzzles will not be accepted.
